sgRNA library for CRISPR/cas9

Currently, many large companies in the world are producing sgRNA libraries for selective gene deletion targets in the entire genome (19,050 genes, or 18,166 genes...)

However, when screening a large number of genes, it is difficult to control and direct later when doing experiments, so many other sgRNA libraries targeting each mechanism and each pathological group have been used. established.

Library 1 is 65,383 sgRNA sequences for:

3 sgRNA targeting each of 19,050 genes;
4 sgRNA targeting each of 1,864 miRNAs;
1,000 control (non-targeting) sgRNAs.
