Sunny heart

It is not because the dawn breaks that the sun rises. It is because the sun shines that dawn appears. Soon, the world will light up and all things will wake up from long sleeps and prepare for an enthusiastic and productive day of work. We lose hope not because work doesn't go well, things get stuck and collapse because we lose hope. Sometimes things seem to be progressing or seeming to be going downhill but perception can be deceiving because they are only superficial and temporary appearances. Look at appearances as substituted joys. They are just seeds, seeds that will explode to wake up and stand up strong on their own feet for the next big jump.
